THE ROLE We're looking for a commercially minded Store Manager who is passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences while developing a high-performing team. Leading a team of approximately 10, you'll create a client-first culture, drive commercial results and ensure every customer receives the personalised service expected within a premium retail environment. Day-to-Day Lead, coach and develop a team to consistently deliver exceptional results Drive sales performance through clienteling, relationship building and repeat business Create an engaging and motivating environment that inspires both customers and team members Monitor store performance and identify opportunities to improve productivity and profitability Deliver premium customer experiences that reflect the highest retail standards Oversee rostering, daily operations and store presentation Manage inventory, stock movement and operational compliance Support recruitment, onboarding and ongoing development of team members Foster a positive, collaborative culture focused on accountability and success EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Previous Store Management experience within luxury or premium retail Experience leading high-performing sales teams A genuine passion for clienteling and developing long-term customer relationships Strong coaching, mentoring and people leadership skills A commercial mindset with the ability to drive KPIs and business performance Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities Professional presentation and a passion for delivering premium service Candidates from luxury fashion, jewellery or other premium retail environments are encouraged to apply.
